Issue-driven AI development

01 / IssuesHUMAN TASK

A human writes the tasks, clarifying requirements, goals, acceptance criteria, and what is out of scope so AI can work independently.

02 / PlanAI TASK

AI reads the issues and designs the functionality and tests. It decides which work can be implemented and validated together, and in what order.

03 / ImplementAI TASK

The plan is handed to the implementation AI, which writes tests and code using test-driven development.

04 / ValidateAI TASK

AI runs tests and static checks, and verifies relevant screens and actual behavior. It records evidence for each acceptance criterion.

05 / ReviewAI TASK

Multiple AI models, separate from the implementation agent and each in an independent session, review the diff against acceptance criteria and specialist review perspectives.

06 / Submit PRAI TASK → HUMAN TASK

AI submits changes that meet the acceptance criteria as a pull request, attaches validation and review evidence, and checks CI. A human reviews the PR; some changes may be merged automatically.

Technology & research

My independent research explores model routing and Japanese instruction optimization. I currently have limited time for this research. I also help scope, prototype, and implement AI for business workflows.

Independent research

Routing between local LLMs and cloud models

Research and design for routing tasks between local LLMs and cloud models using semantic task embeddings. The approach compares success rates, execution time, and cloud usage across groups of similar tasks, with an evaluation harness collecting comparative data.
